| made spag bol for dinner and decided to put up the recipe. if anyones interested here it is First off, choose your weapon: ![]() personally im taking the biggest pot i can lift, but thats coz im making tonnes :) second, get your ingredients: ![]() i use sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, lazy garlic, beef mince, tomatoes and an onion. cheese and garlic bread for serving :) whap some oil, wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar in your pot and put it on a medium-low heat ![]() while its heating chop up your onion. i only use about a 3rd but you can out more in if you prefer ![]() try not to cry ![]() stick the onions in the pot to brown ![]() while they are browning away, chop up your tomatoes. i use the majority of a family pack of salad tomatoes, but i make millions and i dont like any other kind of tomatoes ![]() once the onions are browned, stick the mince in to brown ![]() ![]() once its browned off, add your tomatoes ![]() i ususally make up 1/2 a litre of double strength vegatable stock, and add that now ![]() now is the perfect oppurtunity for a wee break. stick a lid on the pot and go have a sit down :) after about 25 minutes take the lid off so it can start reducing. after another 30 minutes add the garlic. i put in one and a half teaspoons ![]() give it a good stir and leave it to reduce more. after another 15 minutes it should be looking pretty close to ready ![]() so stick the spaghetti on, ![]() get the garlic bread in the oven, ![]() and grate some cheese ![]() once everything is ready, serve ![]() and enjoy :D ![]() Meringue nests: you'll need meringue nests, fruit and cream. i choose strawberries and banana coz thats what we had in. ![]() stick them on, and cover them in cream ![]() or if you dont like runny cream, like me, SKOOSHY CREAM!!! ![]() Ah, lovely :) | ||||||
